We are looking for a Product Development Engineer to assist with product development and design improvements. Candidates with a Structural Engineering background would be ideal.

Salary Range: 30,000 - 40,000
Work Set-Up: Work onsite | Mon-Fri | 6am - 3pm

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and improvement of existing products

• Create and refine engineering designs, drawings, and specifications

• Evaluate product performance, durability, and manufacturability

• Collaborate with production, operations, and design teams

• Conduct engineering analysis and recommend design enhancements

• Support prototyping, testing, and validation processes

• Identify cost reduction and efficiency improvement opportunities

• Ensure compliance with engineering standards and safety requirements

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or related field

• Experience in product development or product design engineering in the HVAC industry

• Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Inventor, Fusion 360, or similar)

• Understanding of manufacturing processes and materials

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Experience with prototyping and testing is an advantage
